Shorty redirects people to content you point it at, so we take acceptable use seriously. You must not use the service to create links that lead to or facilitate:

• Phishing — pages that impersonate a brand or service to trick people into revealing credentials or personal data.
• Malware & exploits — distributing viruses, ransomware, trojans, exploit kits, or other harmful code.
• Credential theft & account takeover — pages or prompts intended to steal logins, tokens, or payment details.
• Scams / fraud — advance-fee fraud, fake lotteries, fake support, or any deceptive scheme intended to defraud.
• Spam — bulk unsolicited messaging, or links used primarily to bypass anti-spam filters.
• Malicious redirects — redirecting a user somewhere different (or harmful) from what the link text suggests, without a legitimate reason.
• Illegal content or activity — anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Evading security — attempts to bypass our abuse controls, rate limits, or other protective measures.
• Abusing the service — scraping at unreasonable scale, creating links purely to harass or harm others, or otherwise interfering with the service for other users.

Enforcement

Reported or detected malicious URLs may be disabled or removed at our discretion, without notice. Accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate this policy may be suspended or terminated, and we may disclose information where required to comply with law or prevent harm.
